該機(jī)器采用全新設(shè)計理念改變了傳統(tǒng)磨膠輥機(jī)的繁鎖操作方法，能使膠輥磨礪更加方便快捷、磨削******光潔。本機(jī)采用全自  動工作流程， PLC 全程控制，砂輪定量自動修整、皮輥大小自動檢測、膠輥表面粗糙度自行設(shè)置，使皮輥達(dá)到******工作狀  態(tài)，給紡紗帶來更高品質(zhì)。在皮輥磨削模式方面，有指定直徑磨削、不同直徑磨削和皮輥自動分揀三種模式可自行設(shè)定，這樣能使皮輥使用周期更長，節(jié)約使用成本、提高工廠效益。
